We collect your email address when you sign up, the text you submit for transformation, and payment information processed securely by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your text is sent to AI models for processing and stored so you can access your transformation history. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) and processed via Anthropic's Claude API. Shared transformations are publicly accessible via their share links.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and to track guest demo usage (limited to 3 per day). No third-party tracking cookies are used.

5. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also request a copy of your data.

6. Chrome Extension

The ToneShift Chrome extension requires access to web pages you visit in order to detect selected text and provide transformation features. We do not collect or store your browsing history. The only data transmitted to our servers is the text you explicitly select for transformation. All communication is encrypted via HTTPS.
